Replaced Rotted Wooden Wall with Commercial Block Retaining Wall
Summary
Replaced a failing wood wall with a commercial block retaining wall. Installed proper drainage, using rock swale and new fill. Installed sod in the backyard.
The project was completed in Crestview, Florida. A local financial institution recommended Always Blooming to the customer to replace the poorly designed/ installed wall. Our team removed the non-functional wall, installing new wall, installing proper drainage behind wall, corrected grade for optimized drainage, added fill dirt, and installed new sod.

New Sod Installation
Summary
Our team prepped the back and front yard for new sod. We installed the new sod, along with cutting in the edges and completing the final touches. The grass species type is Palisades Zoysia sod, which is a coarse texture lawn which has low maintenance requirements. Due to its tolerance for both salt and low water conditions, this type of grass is an excellent choice for the sandier soils found in the Panhandle.
This project was completed in Baker, Florida, which is located west of Crestview, Florida.
